This policy explains what information ElderJoy collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Enquiry form details: the elder's name, age, contact number, email address and location, plus any optional notes and the programme you are interested in.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type and pages viewed, if analytics is enabled.
- Cookies and local storage: used to remember settings such as your chosen text size.
How enquiry details are used
Enquiry details are sent by email to elderjoyy@gmail.com so that we can respond. They are used only to answer the enquiry, suggest relevant programmes and resources, and keep a record of the conversation. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, which forwards the form contents to our mailbox. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Children
Enquiries may be submitted by an adult family member on behalf of an older relative. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent at any time by writing to elderjoyy@gmail.com. You can also browse with cookies blocked.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted on request.
